Efficiently onboarded 70 customers onto a new ordering system, reducing staff phone time by up to 1 hour daily and transitioning up to $75,000 in sales online. Conducted comprehensive training for both staff and customers on software usage and receiving processes.
Successfully migrated the entire organization’s email system to G Suite, enhancing communication between staff and 6 branches. Provided thorough training on usage and configured accounts for all staff members, optimizing workflow and collaboration.
